Booking Policies
Our online booking platform is a tool used for the convenience of the customer and the staff of The Beauty Hut.
Bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours online by the Customer.
Between 24 and 48 hours prior to the appointment bookings may be rebooked by the client or over the phone.
Cancelled or No-Show Appointments with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a Cancellation fee. of %50 of the Booking Price.
Bookings may be paid for Online via Credit Card or in Person via Cash.
In the event a booking is prepaid and is also subject to a cancellation fee, %100 of the booking will be held and the difference will be applied as a Credit for the customers next booking.
Subsequent Cancellations or No-Show Appointments will result in Refusal of Services.

Beauty Hut Staff reserve the right to deny services to any customers at any time.
Customers are not to bring guests to their appointment without the express written approval from Beauty Hut ownership.

Online Shopping / ​Return Policy - Unused / Unopened

We understand that sometimes you can have a change of heart after placing an order. Our products can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of receiving the order. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes the packaging as well. Due to Sanitary Reasons all opened products are Final Sale. If you purchased your product online or used a credit card, a %15 administrative fee will apply 48 Hours after the purchase.

Shipping Policy
Beauty Hut products are available for in person pick up only, or as an add on to your services appointment.
The Beauty Hut is not soliciting the distribution of products through mail or courier.
